Question: My math teacher claims hummingbirds do not have feet. I do not believe his comment. I have looked at the picture on your web site and it appears that they do. Can you answer this question for me? Thank you From, Chris C. - student |
| A | Dear Chris, Yes. All hummingbirds have feet. They are tiny though, so hummingbirds can't walk or even hop. They use their feet for perching, scratching, and preening. -- Terrie & Larry |
